Our Warranty

Laptops: every laptop comes with a 6-month warranty, handled locally here in Qatar.

All other items (iPads, tablets, accessories, gadgets and toys): 1-week checking warranty from the date of delivery or pickup.

What is not covered

Physical or liquid damage, devices without the original invoice, and claims made after the warranty period. Promotional, clearance and bundled items may be excluded — see our Refund Policy.
